I don't blame Snape for not wanting to read the part of the book that has Voldemort 57 times. No doubt he'd be half-dead from the pain in his Dark Mark.

And I don't think Harry's had the Pensieve incident with Snape yet, so he doesn't know what his father is really like, and Remus and Sirius aren't there to do damage control like they did in canon.

Sluggy will be a better Potions teacher-though without the Prince's book, Harry will be lost at sea, and Hermione won't be much better with a century-old book. But Sluggy will be nice to Harry, at least till Harry goofs off too much...

Oh, and Who is the new History of Magic again? (couldn't help it).
