Man this seems really good. Reading Voldermort's monologue is gonna be a pain in the ass though.

why is harry so not harry in this damn. i feel like if the roles were switched once again it would have felt more in character. even after bellatrix killed sirius he wasnt capable of cold blooded murder, nor would he have used the AK. he couldnt even use the cruciatus then, not until later when someone he loved was actively being hurt in front of him. he isnt one dimensional and his morals are fundamentally /him/ and that's something we never see change even as he goes through so much shit. interesting writing but i just couldnt find myself immersed in this because of how cold and detached from his character i felt.

The "ending" seems implausible and unsatisfying. It leaves too many issues up in the air and there is no sequel.

It was an interesting take on HP for a while there and had us wondering if Riddle would be worth keeping alive in the end (still unresolved but doubtful).

Only read the first chapter and regret spending time on this garbage. Harry is so out of character, it’s not even funny. Harry loved Hogwarts and it was his home. He would never attack the school as well as risk innocent lives just to get to tmr. Total bullshit. On the other hand, it’s good that the first ch is rubbish. At least it saved me the time of reading through this entire clusterfuck.

plot was low key ass. made no sense for harry to be so obsessed with killing a teen when he's felt what it's like to be the burden of that obsession. writing wise though it was good
