| Against Fate chapter 10 . 11/8/2019 Loved this. Sadly it’s too damn realistic... Needed extensive mention on that stupid trend of "bashing" and portraying all the weasleys (especially ginny, her mother and the twins) as manipulative assholes and the love-potion trope for ginny’s romantic involvement with harry (her sociopathic mom obviously endorsed this, it doesn’t matter if we NEVER ever get this kind of vibe from them, as you said, no need to make sense) and would’ve been perfect... but yeah, this is 99% of the fics out there sadly... makes the remaining 0.9% average stories and the 0.1% really good ones INCREDIBLY HARD to find... |
| thev chapter 10 . 8/11/2019 Not really unique to "ultimate fanfiction", but the chapters close to where the author stops uploading should contain several insurances, that he will in fact NEVER abandon the story. That's one very sure way of knowing where a fanfiction's life is nearing an end. |
