This is heart breakingly sweet. I always want Rose and Scorpius to get together and live happily ever after or if not a happy life at least a life together. After reading the Spectator I have the feeling that your version of Rose and Scorpius is a bit more tragic without any suggestion that they will stay together in the end.

Ahhh this was so beautiful. I love how much Rose cares for Scorpius and how easily he can see that! I love their dynamic whether it's based on friendship, or partnership or romance like gah so BEAUTIFUL. And I loved that bit about Salamanders being allergic to nuts? Like the effort you put into expanding the story with random made-up "magical/wizarding" facts just totally adds to it?
But back to Rose and Scorpius haha - broke my heart at the part where she knows he's telling her she deserves to be with someone who isn't at all like him even if he isn't saying it outloud?! My heart shattered into a million little pieces like it did for Rose! Your writing is just so beautiful and emotional and so well- delivered I am literally physically feeling their pain gahh. I am usually not one for drama and angst but my gosh I loved this fic. Thank you so much!

im not sure how many times i've read this story, but it's definitely way too many times to count. I love what you did with this and the spectator, they're both extremely well written and absolute masterpieces. it would be great if you could write a sequel too!

Hi! I never actually comment on fan fiction but since I started writing one myself (not published it thou) I now know it would mean the world to me if someone reviewed it. So even thou if read this one before (and now I find myself re reading it) I just wanted you to know that you are one of the most talented writers in this site that I've encountered. You should keep writing even if it isn't published just to honor this amazing gift you have. I kinda wished I was this good. Ps. Oh my gosh... I love how you write these two! It reminds me a lot of my relationship with my boyfriend. We were high school sweethearts, and now, three and half years out of high school, and we're planning to get married next summer. Reading your stories is like reliving those high school memories. He is my best friend, and we know each other better than anyone else.
