I have to say, I do love how the One Big Weasley Family is really sticking together (with no need of potions unlike in certain types of fics) instead of Percy having his head stuck up his bum about working at the Ministry, Charlie being at Hogwarts but hardly any interaction with his family, and Bill's already mentioned he's getting a transfer to be back on British soil as it was in canon...okay Bill DID get transferred back but that was later in the series, after the Tourny and Voldie's return to body.

This is an interesting twist, to have Hermione be in the Tournament. Amusing that she's stuck in the thing because the name "Hermione Granger" came out of the goblet, lyet the judges (and no doubt the Prophet) calls her by Weasley.
Question is... who put her name in? Sirius & the twins were doing the "Harry Potter" paper. Dumbledore laughed because he realized that since Harry changed to a Weasley, it wasn't binding. And they were caught flat-footed by her name coming out. So ... does this mean Voldie had someone else besides Sirius at Hogwarts to make sure her name got in? Or did some Hogwarts student do it?

Yes, this chapter did live up to its title. This version of Lockhart with Moody (even if he's under pseudonym of Constance Vigil) and addition of an Arabic Veela that can handle herself in a fight... makes an interesting team. I find myself wishing for some sideficlets focusing on this team of adventurers.

I have to say, the slapstick humor that resulted from Sirius the not-really-a-death-eater-that-Volde-trusts-the-most is actually funny.

AHA! With Hermione & Ron getting together earlier than canon, that means Hermione won't be going to the ball with Krum. And Luna is with Harry. So with Ginny being only gal not attached, i thought it would be likely that she is going to end up as Krum's date...and likely be the one in the lake as his hostage.
This ending with him noticing her at the World Cup seems to imply that will come true.

So Penny did acceppt red hair, is a Weasley (though marriage is year(s?) away and has offically moved into the Loin's tower. ..sooo... which of the staff won the bet?

Voldemort STILL Doesn't realize that Sirius Black isn't a true death eater?... or worse he does but is stringing Sirius along until he has a body and (tries to)force a real dark mark on him?

So Dumbledore gave in to McGonagall's demands to protect the Sorting Hat from the Weasleys...but he gave his own flair to it. 1. no true danger Penny's hair to red XD

Oh nice to see that old hat has other powers beyond speech and some form of legimency that allows it to judge a child's personality (for the house sorting). Here we see it canceling the color charm on Penny's hair and transports them out of the 3rd floor forbidden corridor. Question is, was that intentional on Dumbledore's part, (charming that hat with a canceling charm for the hair and portkey to get out) or did Griffindor add more to the hat (maybe allow it to port around the castle?)

... Is Voldemort insane? Well yes he was already an insane, murdering psychopath. But mean despite that he was aware of his surroundings and who his followers were. But the scene in the cave after Sirius failed to enter the dorm, seems like he's convinced that Sirius really is "most trusted" follower that the Prophet claimed him to be.

Hmm I wondered if Dumbledore would make Harry go back to the Dursleys, but seems he gained some sense and realized that being with the Weasleys is teaching Harry, and giving him, what he lacked before: family with love.

"The She-Weasley, The-Girl-Who-Slays-Monsters"? What a mouthful! but sure to get giggles and I'm amused that Voldie finds her more threatening than Harry Potter
