Idk if you will ever see this but theirs a simple explanation as to how rias managed to reincarnate issei a second time simple thing is they where already attached to his soul in his previous body it didn’t matter if great red and ophis said fuck it sealed them self in sacred gears inside ise rias could of still reincarnated him either way because they where already attached to his soul she essentially just returned his extra soul fragments to him which just so happened to be the evil pieces
