Hmmm okay. Let's start saying that I'm loving your fic and it's really well written. It's funny, and I's everything any fangirl would like to do If they are inside Naruto.
Although I must say, when i clicked to read here I was expecting something of a more serious tone, you know? I kinda miss the fight and jutsus. Even though I don't like reader inserts completly OP without any training, I really wanted to see a secondary path being showed here. Does the reader want to become a medic-nin, or It's just because it worked with Sakura? I'm liking where everything is going, though.
And there is another thing. The reader shows that she is not Sakura when she say that Kakashi was Anbu to Ino. The ANBU are a secrety, and they identities are not leaked ever. Even Fugaku, or Hizashi, or even members of a anbu team will know who they are behind the mask, with some exceptions of course. But these excpetions were Itachi and Shisui - Kakashi and like, the Hokage. And even then, all of them were genius kids. They were placed there because of what hey could do, so... They weren't selected in the normal ways.
Other thing. Why did you even choose Sakura? I feel like you don't really like her. And if I'm not wrong, she was a child in the academy, a civillian one at that. They wouldn't let a unsupervised kid use of the training grounds. If i'm not wrong, academy kids couldn't use the 'public' training grounds. And Sakura and Ino didn't fight over Sasuke, he was the consequence. Sakura wanted to be stronger, just like Ino. They continued friends with a health rivalry. Sasuke was just one more thing they battled over, just like Naruto when he had feelings for Sakura. It's actually cannon that Naruto liked Sakura because he was Sasuke's rival and she liked him.
Anyways.
