I admit that I didn't watch much of Shipuuden because of all the fillers but I did read the manga. But I think you wrote stuff clearly enough for me to know what's happening even if I didn't see the episodes.

As for the movies, the only ones I watched were the Land of Snow and the one about Naruto and Hinata getting together.

On a completely unrelated note, I loved loved loved these two sentences from this chapter: "Clarity washed over her/his face. She/He chewed it slowly, swallowed, her/his anger now entirely gone."

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for writing this. I don't remember how I exactly found this story-I was searching for Harry Potter fanfics before I stumbled upon it-but I'm so thankful that I did. I haven't read Naruto fanfics in such a long time and reading this reminded me of my love for the series, especially Kakashi. I don't think I can ever fully explain why I love Kakashi when the canon material didn't do him justice. I'm glad that you made a parody out of it. He is indeed OP and I like that you give him moments to shine. But I love it when you give him those moments where he's very flustered over Sakura's flirting.

I've always felt like it'd be hard to get rid of that shred of nonacceptance of this being fictional to truly be terrified, unless you're an easily scared person naturally. So I'm glad to have her not be scared at least at this levela bit of terror of Orochi wanting you dead is acceptable though.

Hope this Sakura actually gets physically fit. Supposed to be a super ninja, no amount of textbooks that actually fit in your arms should ever be hard to carry.

I'd want to be Hinata too haha. Or Ino.
Very much hope the whole "inner" Sakura isn't too major here.
