i must say this is the first DCEUMCU crossover that i enjoyed reading. i hope will update soon. you managed to sucessfully write how superman would be viewed in the eyes of the marvel heroes and you followed the events of Man of steel by incoperating it to the MCU timeline seamlessly. i am not very sure however about clark being depicted as 21 years old when he was 33 during the movie. I not too sure if thats what you intended but i just wanted point it out.

Excited we got to see Luke and more of JJ, and I liked the JJJ cameo.

One thing I do wanna say on a technical side though. In the scene where Clark hijacked the guy in the can, you kept having the driver refer to Clark as the 'Thing' in italics. I assume you used italics for emphasis to show us the depths of the driver's fear.

The thing about emphasis is it gets less effective with repetition. Putting 'Thing' in italics once or twice may have gotten the point across better I think.

Nice interpretation of Superman. He is more like his counterpart in the movies then the do-gooder often protrayed in comics and cartoons. More rough and adversarial at were if that make sense. A welcome change in deed.
Though I do wonder why didn't he pick up Jessica Jones watching him nearby with his superhearing. Can you explain that one please?

Awesome story so far, i can't wait for Clark to meet The Avengers along with some other heroes. I have a feeling him and Thor would be the closest of the bunch, due to the fact they're both from different worlds or kingdom rather for Thor; plus the god of thunder along with his father and Asgard should know of Krypton and what not. (:

Oh please tell me Clark is not that much of a boyscout. (groans)

Ok, also not bad. I do have one critique though. You opened us with a wall of exposition. I'd advise against doing this as it kills your forward momentum.

The first few paragraphs telling us about Clark, his life and parents etc etc could have been cut completely.

I also used to make the same mistake of thinking readers needed all this back-story to understand or care about what was happening.

But what I've found is people are remarkably patient about that stuff. If you give them a character in motion towards some possible conflict, people will usually sit down and watch. The back-story stuff can be peppered in later.

You could have started us with the real estate agent, standing around waiting in a dangerous part of town for a late client and I think the chapter would have been much stronger for it.

Beyond that the prose, characterization, and editing are all pretty good so I'm excited for more.

Good start! Will Clark have a romance with Black Widow or Scarlett Witch? I hope the answer is yes! :)
