Funny that writers never incorporate much of Superman’s speed into his fights, aside from flying fast.

The Snyderverse clearly had intentions of centering around Superman as the center of it all. Superman is essentially DC’s “Infinity Stones.” He’s the most powerful being in the galaxy on his own, no stones, no augmentation, nothing. So, the goal of any super villain wouldn’t be to defeat Superman...it would be to control him. And that’s exactly what is foreshadowed in the entire Snyderverse...from BvS when Batman initially fears Superman’s seemingly unmatchable power...to the visions Cyborg and Batman have showing Darkseid using the Anti-life equation to take control of Superman’s mind. And this entire concept is a great way to distance themselves from Marvel...there’s no group of stones that everyone is trying to get that gives you god like powers...there’s just a god-like being that is humanoid and flawed and emotional and at times...controllable. Superman is the key to victory...for any side of the fight...#restoretheSnyderverse

Realistically... Solo most of the Major threats the Avengers face. He's practically indestructible, and is leagues above everyone else in terms of strength and power. But every good Superman story always limits him in some capacity to make for a better story so, since a guy who is strong enough to Bench a planet and can move faster than light would be stupidly over powered

I can’t wait to see the x-men’s reaction to Clark being superman, Clark/superman being able to easily handle Rogue’s draining ability and Rogue basically being kryptonian and may stay so forever. I also can’t wait for Clark’s interactions with Killgrave and the winter soldier (Bucky Barnes).

Your story is good. Clark wanted to be a journalist ... why? Canon Superman never really said. Lots of ways for him to make money. Prospector. Treasure hunter. Probably has the intelligence to invent. He helps people, but he can only help one at a time.

Hello. I’m guessing personal stuff is still keeping you from releasing more chapters? I’m a bit confused how 2 and a half years have gone by and you still have personal stuff but I shouldn’t judge. It's disappointing on how much you nerf and underpower Ancient one. First, she was taught by Frigga? Nah it's canon and was stated in comics that Agamotto accidentally fell into a different dimension. He was able to repeat this process and draw power from it. With this knowledge he experimented on how to use the mystic arts and how to get draw power from other dimensions. That's where mystic arts came to be and where Ancient one, Yao, learned.

Also, Ancient One is OverPowered. OP. There is so many things she could do to defeat Superman and Lorelei, who is canonically weak af unlike her older sister Amora. Yao could bring out Superman's Astra soul like she did to Hulk and Dr. Strange to Spiderman. She could portal away Superman light years away. Mystic Arts is OP, it's capable of portaling towards other planets and dimensions. With Superman away and some plot armored Lorelei fighting Ancient One, it'd be over. It's also stupid how Lorelei has unbreakable mind control after using a dozen or hundred human sacrifices. Ancient One has been around for thousands of years to not have some sort of counter. She's capable of holding Gods like Dormamu ffs. She has COMPLETE control over the Time Stone. Idk why she's getting tired when Strange is using the stone easily in the movies.

I had to skip most of the chapter over how ridiculous this was.
