The story is amazing, but I don't understand why magic is so frustratingly underused. Like, use magic to write stuff, there is no need to do it by hand; when searching for people use a spell to detect life nearby or something similar. It feels insane that his brother, the Emperor of rating games can't do something like that when they went with the mc went with Gill for a contract and found the village dead. Why are they not using their magic in their everyday life? They are devil they have literally hax magic that only require their will, why don't they use it more? We does the mc not try to experiment with magic more? I feels like that would be the most interest and useful part of being a devil but he completely ignores it!

I find your writing so confusing. Isn't he supposed to be physically 15 years old and mentally 20? Why the fuck is he acting like a child? why do you describe him like a child, even having him looking up to poeple, despite many teenager being as tall or taller than other adults. Just jarring.
