I still don't get why they like them shifting weapons. They're by physics weaker than the same weapon by its self. They're more complicated than a single weapons. Just remember that they fight to kill Grimm while we mere mortals fight to hunt down armed men. Give me a simple Toledo Steel Rapier, a Ruger redhawk and a cigarette loaded with a .22 lr bullet and I'm good.

Poor Ruby with her super naive curiosity,, that is most of the time bad for her and really Yang needs anger management period.

I actually really like this chapter so it was fine. Keep up the good writing I can't wait to read the next chapter

I have a realll sense of foreshadowing between Illya and Shirou from their titles. The scene though really tragic, nostalgic and really really sweet... Well, bittersweet. Liked it a lot. I could understand why you wanted the chapter to commemorate the movie. Thanks for the chapter and honestly looking forward to more!

It's funny that Shirou saved them from being beaten down by a girl who looks like she's 11. I'd caution you to remember that this story apparently kicks off right around the Vytal festival, meaning you're very close to the Fall. I bring this up so that you keep in mind you don't have a whole lot of time in canon to build a role for Shirou and Illya to play, unless you're just going to have him appear out of nowhere and crush Cinder and her group.
