It was a well written first chapter, unless this is a one shot and I didn't notice in which case I wish it wasn't one.

Comedic, think this is the first story of these two genres that have only Shirou and Illya together not to mention not attend beacon/work for beacon. Blacksmith shop, hooray!

Got a good pace going, guessing how calm Weiss is with Illya being a "faunus" my guess is the time frame is probably near the beginning of volume 2. And it seems this premise is the perfect way of explaining how the owner of From Dust till Dawn got into the food industry instead of staying in dust sales. I like it a lot.

Now we need to see and wait how Blake and Yang will interact with Shirou and how much restraint Illya has in not killing the very affectionate Yang.

Aw, kinda hoped that however they got here the faunus traits were real. Cat ears Illya is absolutely adorable. And I don't normally care for that stuff.

Still, how can the ears droop if they aren't real?

I like it. Love the idea to have Shirou open a weapon shop along with Illya. And tbh I was hoping she is really a Faunus since I can already imagine she look cute with cat ears lol
