Thought it flowed really well, the pov changes didn't bother me at all. Was confused as to why Illya was a kitty at first, but latter when it was explained that she chose that based upon the cuteness factor, it ALLLL made sense. :D I am a bit curious to see how you'll weave Shirou and Illya into the story-line of RWBY with neither of them being Huntresses/Huntsmen.

Very, very, very good and special story.
Better no OC, it too headache to think OC appearance. Unless this OC is a passers-by.
Compared to follow drama (or drama that going to end), I more like original and daily drama like Crayon Shin-chan. More time, more idea, more story, more humour.
How about add Bleach's Zanpakutou, Kenshi and Gintoki's swords into Shirou's UBW (not shop, is magic, or semblance in RWBY world)?
If Illya going to battle or something, how about use Prisma Illya's card battle suit or Dress of Heaven as some idea?

There's a couple three fics in this crossover category, and quite a few are neat/interesting/potentially awesome. The problem is that they aren't finishing up any time soon, and most of the best haven't been updated in a while; I hope you don't disappoint, this one has some good potential and the writing is pretty good. Take the time you need to write, but please don't be a tease and stop updating after only a couple of chapters; the hundred of favs/follows in a day should tell you how much of a demand there is for this.

It's a pretty awesome premise and story...but it's just killing me to ask, are Illya's cat ears and tail just very good costume pieces, or did she use her magic to actually grow real ears and a tail? Honestly, I can see Illya doing the latter, and just so some Faunus who thinks they can't have two traits pulls on them and thinks, "Oh shit, they're real."
