Dumbledore is a manipulative idiot at first and then figures it out. He adjusts course, which is a nice touch.

Ron and Hermione are going dark out of resentment and jealousy, I think.

Daphne is a pragmatic politician and heiress, likes Harry, will marry Harry, but doesn’t love Harry. It’s a marriage of convenience, which is also unusual to see.

Please please please update! This is one of the best HP fanfics ever! Would really love to read more. Can Harry please start learning from all the seven guilds after he gets the resurrection stone please? And he can take his second wife from one of them. Amy would be preferable. Please update soon! Can't wait for the next chapter! You know maybe daphne and any other girl he has a relationship with could become immortal hunters as well. Preferably only two girls please. No more!

...so, instead of calling her on her blatant manipulation - the same kind of teasing he has faced from her in the past - this strong-against-all-comers-until-this-point Harry is so completely flustered by a kiss that he agrees to everything? So much for "Defiance." And this was such a promising story until now. That's such a terrible plot failure that I no longer care about the rest of it.

This chapter is amazing. Also I would like to mention that the author Justin52 has been copying this story onto his page. I am not sure if you have given him permission to do so. If you have then thats good. If not I will report him.

The trial sort of ruined this for me, it was full of overdone cliche fanfic tropes if I'm being honest. I enjoyed this fic quite thoroughly until then though.
