I have binged this fic, after having finished black sky a while ago, and i want to screech my affection. I reallylove this story! The character interactions are so good and fill my heart with joy. I laughed so hard about the triplets, let me tell you, and i am half in love with Xanna as a character.

This story was a very interesting take on how one person can affect Xanxus. It was amazing. Could you make a one shot of how the animeverse and the fanficverse interact if they meet. Or a reaction to gaining memories of a parallel universe?

the role of the Lightning Guardian is to take the damage directed towards the family upon themselves like a lightning rod. Which is just a prettied-up way of saying that Xanna is supposed to throw herself in front of Xanxus in a fight and die; Xanna refuses to do that. Xanxus is better in a fight that she is, so getting in his way is stupid and short-sighted. She also refuses to die for him; how can she look after him if she's dead? Dying means getting left behind and she will not. She is his support system, not his shield: her job is to live for him.

If you’re ever considering new story ideas I personally would love to see more about Lussuria’s and Dino’s relationship and what their dynamic would look like. I enjoy seeing how you write them here because I’ve never read a work that pairs them together and you make them seem like an interesting plausible possibility and that’s so fun! Love rare pairs!

I've read this at least four times. I just love everything you bring to KHR and love, love, love Xanna so much. Please write more KHR fanfic, even if it's not Black Sky!
