As for Shirou’s cooking, I feel like it’s of the same vein as Tadojoro’s; cooking that soothes the soul after a long day. Without using [Reinforcement] on the food, his would be ordinary Home Cooking that while good, might not be “gourmet”. So yes, I believe Shirou should “learn” while at Totsuki. I’d like to think his [God’s Eye] would become his secret weapon; albeit, one that’s purely speculative since he can’t really prove the existence of such a thing with any amount of tangibility like the [God Tongue]. I kinda want to see Rin intruding as a Judge, and I’m eager to see how Shirou will compete in his first Iron Chef battle. Looking forward to more! Keep up the excellent work!

I will say, the Sekirei cameo was unexpected, but not unwanted~ I’m kinda curious if more from Sekirei will make an appearance, just in a kinder world. Shirou’s [Structural Analysis] has me wondering if he’ll be called the “God’s Eye” sometime in the future~ As for Minami, will she be Shirou’s little Yandere FanGirl~?

A very interesting start. Rin thinking the smartphone will self-destruct was good for a laugh, and Alice experiencing the “subtleties” a girl her age should know has me intrigued. I didn’t expect that William Tell bit at the end, but Angry Ryo making an appearance added some spice to it. Consider me hooked~

When discussing shirous cooking ability It's rather unbalanced. I'd agree that he probably couldn't match many of the students who specialise in foreign foods. But his Japanese cuisine is shown to be astounding to even those from the throne of heros. Because of this I personally believe shirou would be unmatched (or atleast mostly) in his speciality of Japanese cuisine but is far less profient in other cuisines. How this translates to his current shokugeki though makes me doubt he'd struggle. Japanese cuisine has a big emphasis on seafood and on top of that fuyuki is a port city. Japanese seafood dishes just seem to be his forte. So unless he intently hinders himself by not cooking Japanese (which would make no sense because of the stakes), I don't see how he'd struggle in this particular shokugeki.
