Great story

Female surname ends with -ova not -ov. Niyazov Madina means person is a female with male surname or male with a female name. That's correct for Russians too so Natasha Romanov is wrong as well :) Or maybe she is a transsexual.

Clanless among the Asari? Ugh...

"The asari governmental structure, known as the Asari Republics, is relatively broad; the asari came late to the notion of world government. For centuries, their homeworld of Thessia was dotted with loose confederacies of great republican cities. The closest Earth equivalent would be the ancient Mediterranean city-states. Since the asari culture values consensus and accommodation, there was little impetus to form larger principalities. Rather than hoard resources, the asari bartered freely. Rather than attack one another over differing philosophies, they sought to understand one another."

You see that? That's the Codex entry on Asari (or, at least, the Mass Effect wiki version of the Codex). This is our DEFINITIVE word on the subject about what the Asari are like. And to me, it sounds like a culture that values "consensus and accommodation" would be hard pressed to create this clanless society you mention. Especially considering the "long-view" common to the Asari Matriarchs would make it seem unlikely that there would ever be a long-term issue with "clanless" Asari, because someone would institute a way for them to join these clans if only to gain access to any potential Asari equivalent to Beethoven, Da Vinci, Michaelangelo, Bach, Einstein, etc.

I know you're using someone else's ideas.

I just really hate those ideas as they make almost no sense within the Mass Effect universe. If you want something with such overpowered super-elites and everything is out to kill humanity, go to Warhammer 40K. That seems more like your jam than Mass Effect.

Yes, have the heads of the intelligence agencies refer to the Genophage as a bio-weapon (because that's what it is). The Salarians created a bio-weapon and the Turians deployed it.

"morals" are when you have scruples, rules, and the moral of a story. "Morale" is the quality the gives soldiers their fighting spirit. Learn the difference.

Also, "defiantly" is pronounced DEE-FI-ANT-LY. You're looking for the word pronounced "DEAF-IN-IT-LY (spelled definitely). Learn that difference as well.

(That's honestly a very common mistake in fanfics in general, though I can't understand why. You don't pronounce "ant" the same way you say "it." Where's the first "N" sound that's supposed to be in definitely go when you turn it into defiantly? Defiantly doesn't have a "fin" sound in it).
