Despite being ignored by Circe, however, one of the Nymphs approached him, giving Clint a coy smile and offering him a bunch of grapes; for what seemed to be the thousandth time since he stepped on that island, Clint had to remember his unruly brain that he was happily married.

Clint would sooner stick an explosive arrow inside his eye rather than cheat on his wife, but damn if his hormones weren't working overtime telling him to just go for it. He felt like a teenager all over again, but worse! He was a trained, experienced agent, more than used to temptations of the kind, but when the Nymph smiled at him, he actually blushed.

So does that mean that the Eternals Movie won't be happening here as you made the Greek Gods Eternals here along with how Gaea is a Celestial, thus none of thing with Arishem and the mission he gave to the Eternals won't occur here.

Would be fun and interesting if you add Hancock into this as Hancock is Zeus but lost his memories.

So many lies and half-truths, especially holding the lasso and only speaking parts of her previous sentences.
Using shock and awe and then emotional upheaval to set up HER scenario of a nightmare situation.
Very good chapter, now we need Herakles’ chapter and his motivations.

Awesome chapters. When I saw that you had 2 updates in the same month I was HYPED. So excited to see how this story will unfold. Out of curiosity what should I be expecting from avenger goddess and also what are you gonna update next and if so can I get a little inkling of the direction the story may go in?. But anyway once again thanks for awesome storytelling. Take care.

I honestly don't trust Circe. Not only because of the thing with the Djinn, but because of this. I mean, even with the lasso of Hestia, she worded things to carefully. She said specifically what she hoped would get her visitors to reach the conclusions, she wanted, because she couldn't say them out loud. Out of fear that Hestias Lasso would catch her.
I think Dianas idea makes way more sense. If you follow the Avengers timeline, than Loki doesn't want Thor dead yet. He just wanted to prove to Odin, that his eldest is unfit to be king. "He never wanted the throne, he just wanted to be Thors equal", to quote him, before he fell into the abyss.
He might be a bit mentally unstable at the moment, due to the whole "Jotun"-heritage thing, which was probably also the reason for Herakles unleashing, (mentally sane people don't do that) but I doubt he would get this far, to prevent his brother from getting the throne.
But that doesn't change the fact, that he royally fucked up. If what Circe said is true, than he unleashed something far worse than a Thor with his restored godhood, with Herakles. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if, in the end, he, Thor and Diana all fight together to prevent Herakles from reaching Olympus. After all with this celestial arsenal, Asgard would most definitely be the next planet on his list.

Puu, those were a lot of thoughts, but Your story just inspires me to think. And even if everything I just wrote is just hopeful imagination on my part, I'm looking forward to the next chapter.
