Eeeeeeeee! New chapter, YES! But seriously, yay.

Just had a thought. If Superman is weak to magic and the devil fruits are technically magic, wouldn't that mean his is more weak against those with devil fruits?

This might be my favorite DC crossover fic. Hope it continues. I'm wondering what civilians think of the Straw Hats at this point. Is Brooke's music still as popular. Do people care more about their crimes or the fact that Chopper's medicine saved so many lives. Is it well known that Chopper was the one to cure the amazon plague.

In most of these fics the Straw Hats befriend the heroes fairly quickly. I didn't expect to see their conflicting ideologies be so important.

If you are still taking character suggestions for the Strawhats to recruit then maybe Starfire, if she isn't already on Earth?

If she hadn't already arrived, then when she does arrive to Earth, it would be pretty hilarious for her to first kiss Luffy for his version of 'Earth's language' and for Sanji to break down into tears. Just her thinking that the Strawhats are the 'normal' of Earth would also be pretty funny, along with her using Luffy's knowledge of language to speak.

But also, she is an alien that just arrived on Earth, exiled from her home, a stranger like the Strawhats with her own view on 'justice' and 'morality'. They might want to take her in before the Justice League or other group of 'Justice' can get their hands on her.

While I'm at it, maybe throw on Raven. She was refused help by the Justice League when she first came to Earth, so maybe the Strawhats can reach out to her. Also, she might have knowledge of traveling through dimensions they need.

Just a thought... wouldn’t the One Piece world HAVE holidays, given the code names of the Baroque Works agents? One was even named Miss Merry Christmas. Though I guess Halloween wouldn’t be so universal.

How did I never find this before- it has everything I want in a crossover! Character interactions, no unnecessary romances, and a straight up cross between dimensions while not having the characters being part of that dimension all along. (My main grievances with any Inuyasha crossover and Naruto/One Piece crossovers respectively.)

I hope though that, while the crew has basis for their attitude, they learn to be a little more open-minded towards the League and their brand of Justice. This world is not is not their world, and the difference is there.

At any rate, I’m looking forward to Tabula Rasa if you’re doing it- I can imagine Amazo copying Luffy and getting some of his personality traits. Comdedy gold right there. And Knight of Shadows. You cannot tell me Luffy wouldn’t be tempted- even for just a split second- to use the stone to bring back Ace.

This story is amazing! You made the two different sets of characters blend so perfectly together that I can barely see any issues. If you are still taking requests for possible supervillains to join the team, I have a couple suggestions:

Toy Man - his backstory makes him a slightly sympathetic villain as he's had a past not unlike several of the Straw Hats. His father backstabbed by a villain and then the justice system failing to help. Plus, I can see him, Usopp, and Franky coming up with all kinds of wonderful 'toys'. He'd also be a help to Franky with his talents in engineering.

Ultra Humanite - like Toy Man, he'd be an asset to Franky in the building of the portal. And unlike other genius supervillains like Luthor or Grodd, Humanite is easier to negotiate with. And as seen during the Christmas episode of JL, he does have a compassionate side when he helped Flash deliver presents to kids.

Mr. Freeze - If he's pre Sub Zero Freeze, he'd be easier to work with and Chopper can assist him in treating his wife. I also feel the Straw Hats would sympathize with him since Nora is his 'treasure'.

Royal Flush Gang - since I doubt Joker would be able to recruit them now with his charisma damaged, they need someone to rescue them from Cadmus. And even if he does recruit them, I imagine that Luffy would win them over, especially Ace. And Chopper would be able to treat Ace so she doesn't die.

I like this. I like the set up, the way the Strawhats are completely in character while working with the villains, and all the little details that go into this lovely little fic. Not to mention, it’s welll written too!

I have laughed so hard at this story since I first read it, this instance being a re-read, and I hope to see more.

There’s just so many instances that have had me rolling on the floor. Flash stealing Luffy’s hat, (Wally, you stupid bastard) Goth Nico Robin, Joker selling poisoned apples to kids AND trying to slap Harley in front of Sanji. (fucker deserved it.)
