Sorry that I write so much but I just rely want to see this story be awesome with new characters. One more recruitment idea is roxy rocket (if you don't know her then look her up). She would fit into the straw hat group because she cares about thrills and freedom, much like the straw hats themselves. She would want to join the gang because she could see them as the greatest thrill of her life (give how chaotic the crew is). In future episodes she could provide air support, a quick get away, or serve as a diversion for some of the heros who can fly. Now to recap my recruitment ideas so far are the Toyman, Atomic skull, Lobo, Amazo, Talon, and roxy rocket

Me again. Got some more ideas for the fanfic. Roulette from the episode "Grudge Match" from justice league unlimited could work with the straw hats. It would be like with the information broker, she won't be one of the gang but will help them. She could give them opponents to fight in her underground matches, so they can sharpen their skills and make money. PS I would still like to see Lobo join the gang, cause he is powerful, can go head to head with superman, and as I said before in another review interactions between him and the gang would be hilarious.

Hi don't know if you read these but im the guy who wrote all the previous ideas on Toyman and atomic skull and other villains joining the straw hats. Though I'd give myself a name. So anyways here's an idea on how the straw hats could get the Amazo robot to join them. They could hear about Dr. Ivo and want to take some of his tech, but they find Amazo intend. Amazo would problely follow them and Luffy would like him. He would be useful in future fights against the justice league and other super iliac competitors. He would get along with and stay with the straw hats because they all can relate to his lost and the wise words they learned they could teach to Amazo.

Just want to say that I love this fic and agree with the angle your going with this.

I don't know if you already answered this question or not but isn't Luffy pretty much immune to poisons and the like after Impel Down?

Hey me again. I thought of how the toyman and atomic skull would want to join the straw hats. Atomic skull would want to join because of how nicely luffy and the others treat those like atomic skull and clayface who are not really human anymore. The straw hats might realize they need more technical support, so cheetah or volcanna could recommend toyman for recruitment.
