In most civilized democratic countries in this World, no matter where you came from or who you are, as long as you obtained citizenship in this society, you can candidate for a political Office and you can vote. And here you are basically having Harry Potter wishing to remove that right from all muggle-born even though they work in that society and generate revenue and taxes. Also, by his own logic, He shouldn't be allowed into the legislative and judicative as well,as he as good as is a muggle-born himself and he didn't grow up in that society. This is the last chapter for me...

Wait a minute here you utter author, you actually try to say that a decayed, corpse society should remain like that because some other corpse families created it a millenia ago and liked it then?
You do know that you've been using a computer and the internet all this time and not a goose feather and parchment, RIGHT?

Very interesting so far, I'm curious where this will go.
A few questions/suggestions:

T ((W*C)/(S*A))*R
Unluss R is supposed to be smaller the more resistance there is I think you meant: T ((W*C)/(S*A))/R
While you do mention the factor of time in the formula itself there is no mention of it.

Several times you us the wrong prepositions.
A few examples: '... said ghostly teacher is fixated in one aspect...' in should be on.
'...when Hermione po(c)ked him sharply on the ribs...' on should be in, also should be poked instead of pocked.
'...house are supposed to on their respective tables...' on should be at.
There's a few more typo's also. Perhaps you could find a beta?
Since English is not my first language I've been told I sometimes come across as harsh or condescending when I meant it as construcitve criticism.
I'm going to read the next chapter now.

Nice read... I hope it continues at some point, but:

Lumos, in book canon, projects a thin beam of light quite unlike the bright orb used in the movies - much more useful for dazzling an unsuspecting adversary than judging strength. Though apparantly the first DADA spell was colourful sparks so, go figure.

For Astronomy, though... I think it works better if the influence of the celestial spheres is pervasive and omni-present, yet subtle. So the Average Wizard could just power through by brute-forcing most spells; but a clever wizard can always get slightly better mileage by tweaking his spell selection slightly day-by-day. That sort of intellectual challenge sounds like it would appeal to your Harry as well.

As for Daphne, know that you are not alone. I struggle to picture a blonde-haired Daphne, to the extent that I managed to convince myself it's a glamour.

You will have to explain to me how those two things are possible since the first one is in total contradiction with the second one.
If the purebloods are the head of magical's society just because they are purebloods, then muggleborns do not have the same opportunities as them.
