I wish I could help you with the Beta Reading but I can't. In order to become someones Beta, you have to have published at least one story. I've never done that. I don't have that kind of talent. But, I did work in the composing room of The Daily Oklahoman Newspaper for eleven years, and we were sometimes used as proof readers. But, again, that doesn't qualify me to help you. Sorry.

I had forgotten how good your story is. Yes, I've read it a few years ago. I like stories where Harry is not going to be anybody's slave. Especially Dumble butts, or Snapes. And, your Harry is not a coward or a , taught me not to trust Dumble Butt in the first chapter of "The Sorcer's Stone", with ignoring the Potter's will, and doing nothing about Harry's curse scar. So, I've never trusted him in any way. There,of course, are stories on FFN where he is a good person but, for the most part "NO"! And Ron, I can't stand him. I hate lazy, bigoted people. Daphne, Hermione, Susan, Luna, and Gabby are my forvorite pairings with Harry.

Awesome fanfic. Two questions though, when you wrote about the Longbottom family's house elf, you only wrote about one. Does that mean that in your fanfic each family has only one house elf? There is no proof from the original books or movies to argue with that. If it does then I would be interested in seeing what happens to the Malfoy family when they lose their house elf. That is if your planning on freeing Dobby in your fanfic. Your fanfic, your choice. The second question is what about the Potter houses house elf? He/she might have died when Harry's parents did if you go by the theory that house elves have to be bound to the familys magic to survive. If not, than I think that Harry could make use of a house elf able to apparate through Hogwarts wards.

Good opening chapter. Couple of typos though:

"You are in luck that the Ministry of Magic can keep track of wandless magic." Should say "can't".

"You are not doing a good job in convincing me to assist Hogwarts, Professor." Should say "attend".

I'm sorry to say, but this chapter is the final one for me. This comparison you have Harry make is not only dangerous, but wrong. A british citizen, regardless of where he/she grew up, has the constitutional right to become a MP of Part of the judicary. In harry's case, i think those half bloods and firstgen magicals would see it as an insult to now be "graciously allowed" to work there but not be allowed any power to change things. I know I would. And arguing that change needs time was maybe valid till the second half of the 20th century, but I firmly believe that a modern-das muggleborn would say "f*** them all, I'm going to take my gcse-equivalency and live in the muggle world"... Since the stagnant magical society needs new blood and new ideas to survive, they would in fact just shoot themselves in the knee with this. Also, going by his own logic, Harry would not be allowed in either, having been reared by muggles and being a halfblood himself.

hm, now that confrontation with voldie didnt quite work how dumbles planned it, hu? granted, his future weapon did defeat voldie, though in a way so spectacular he wont be able to hide it, i can see amelia asking very pointed questions about how a man possed by an utterly evil being made it past the legendary wards of hogwarts...
on another note, harry being defendedblessed by a unicorn should give dumbles a headache, shouldnt the taint of the horcrux repell a 'pure one'? bet neither snape nor dumbles can even get near one, let alone pet one...me on the other hand, im wondering whether the blessing took care of the horcrux

I know the Story has been laying down for a while now, but i have recently seen on other sites that Storys can be revived by their Authors, just after a nicely worded Review was posted, so i try again.

I like the Story, i like it very much. The Charackters you let us spend Time with are good developed up to this Point, and there is good promise for further growth. I also want to guess that you plan on using the (willingly given) Unicorn Blood, plus possibly the combo of it with Basilisk Venom and/or Pheonixtears to finish of the Scar-horcrux?

Elsewise, your spelling has greatly improved over the 7 Chapters here, and i guess it has continued to do so with your work on your other Storys, so not much to say about that.
