An excellent story my friend. It is quite the tale to be sure, and seeing that it was last updated in November does give me hope that it will be continued in the future - far too many great Fate stories have gone to rest over the past few years, and it would be a shame for this one to join it.

If at all possible I will be super excited to see future Shirou/Saber interactions... while I don't think that this will be that kind of story, a little romance and fun wouldn't hurt. Although I highly doubt with Kiritsugu at the helm of Saber it would even come to fruition... but still everything is intriguing!

I hope that there will be an update in the future!

Shirou x Ereshkigal

Great story so far i can't help but wonder what will you do for the 5th grail war or will you skip it and go start to grand order. Also you should make a omake of shirou acting all big brother like to Ereshkigal

You know, upon reading this story again, I can't help but feel that this story has/had the potential to be an interesting Shirou/Ishtar pairing. While I like Enkidu and all, I can't say that there was very much romantic interaction. Not enough for Shirou to say that he might view her as more than a friend anyway. She honestly really did come across as more Gil's friend, than Shirou's.

But Ishtar? Despite the way things ended, I can't help but feel that there could have been some chemistry between the two of them. I could see her, as a Goddess of War amongst many other things, being drawn to the premier Blacksmith/Craftsman of the Age of God's. And if Shirou demonstrated the ability to craft Divine Constructs? I could see her pursing him over Gilgamesh. After all, most of Gil's sheer power comes from the weapons and items that Shirou crafted. And it was Gil's power more than anything that drew Ishtar in initially anyway.

But yeah, Shirou/Ishtar would have been interesting if done properly. And it would have been fitting considering the fact that the vessel she inhabits during Grand Order is Rin, Shirou's lover in a parallel world. While the romance would probably be on the slower side, and Shirou would reject her initially, I do think it has potential.

That's a nice idea, an Omake about your Shirou being summoned into Chaldea. but either way, I forgot to say this in my previous review but I love your story and absolutely cannot wait until the next chapter. Oh, And Happy New Year!

I'm personally more interested in what would happen in the fifth war if we get there. That would be interesting.
