Very nice. Truley nice blend of Code Geass and Mass effect, the introduction of Sakuradite and the grown of Britannia is going to be of interest and one i want to see more of if this story still lives. its been two years almost and i understand life comes first. i hope you are doing well and maybe will finish this one day. til then thanks for what you have given.

I do hope the quarians join Britannia still love the Shepard/Tali stuff and of course.

A cherry on top for this flipping of the table? The asari and salarians will likely become discontented with the turians soon.

The asari because, as a wise race skilled in diplomacy and long-term insight, they understand the turian's overzealous military boondoggle has irrevocably (and perhaps unnecessarily) antagonized a rapidly growing superpower. They only sided with the turian's actions in the First Contact War to keep the image of galactic unity, but now it's clear that turian short-sightedness has caused them far more than it was worth.

And the salarians because they will now have only restricted access to this scientific breakthrough (and many other potential advancements from humanity) because the turians just had to satisfy their wounded military pride, which the salarians have never thought highly of to begin with.

Glad to see that the story is being continued even if it is a rewrite.

Great stuff! Cool way to include Sakuradite, making it a synthetic was a good move.

I think this is the only fic I've seen where Humanity lost the First Contact War. It's an interesting concept, even if my HFY side is angry humanity lost. At least it made a very cool setup for political intrigue. The Alliance's reaction, and maybe another Cerberus would make humanity stronger.

I mean, the Britannians have as much military power as any associated race.

And that's if they only have six assault carriers... I would think they have more hidden. If they added reaper tech...

Please give Kallen the chance to be with Lelouch and become his empress. I always hated that about the anime. It was always dancing about the love pairing and at times made it as if Lelouch was gay for Suzaku.

Also, if I were Lelouch, I would either execute Cera as soon as the Reaper War was over or Chain her to a chair in a room with only a screen. On that screen would play 24/7 the assasination of Empress Marianne.

And with a powerful company backing her, Kallen's just a few years away from Cerberus. Pretty hyped on this particular crossover, just read some Mass effect fanfics, thank god, since I really needed the canon info.

Thanks for the update, really glad to see this is still alive and, of course, you as well.

I'm looking forward to seeing the fallout, though it's a shame about Kallen. Hopefully the rescue of those kidnapped by the slavers salves the wound a bit. It'll be interesting to see what the Systems Alliance has to say on the subject of sakuradite as well. There will almost certainly be much wringing of the hands and gnashing of teeth given its reveal. In fact, I wonder if any of the Alliance's member states will make noise about defecting to the Empire given its obvious status as the rising star of humanity.

One minor note, given the insistence of humanity that these vessels are legal, I believe there's a moment or two where Guinevere refers to the ships in questions as 'dreadnoughts.' Those should probably be changed to 'assault carriers' to follow through with the fiction and disallow the council any points of political leverage.

Again, great chapter and its wonderful to see this story back. Anything good this year needs to be treasured. I'll probably reread the fic a few times, in fact, now that its back on my radar.
