| I'm Widget chapter 1 . 8/22/2017 Ooh... love this! Go Kate! Best eclipse story ever. lol We had 83% coverage for the eclipse here yesterday. The day took on an odd orange tint but never went totally dark. Weird. I didn't have any glasses so I watched the actual event online and on TV. |

| fanficfan39 chapter 1 . 8/21/2017 Cute story certainly appropriate for today. I thought I'd had a nice viewing opportunity until I read Sunblock. Instead of watching a darkening sky with Richard Castle wearing a new purple coat and snazzy glasses - and a sleeping bag for 2, I watched under clear blue skies, not a cloud in sight, and LOTS of sunlight with children running around, a busload of seniors from a nursing home, and students from a local university. And our handmade box viewers weren't great. But all in all, it was a good day just being outside with people of all ages enjoying themselves. Maybe Richard Castle will be available in 2024 when we'll be in the direct path! |

I hope that he was in some foreign land playing Dr. and getting a disease that erases his memory or makes it that he can't leave the foreign land. Sorry, that was another coupling like Gina and Rick that I very much hated. How was your eclipse viewing? We had 99.2% coverage and it was great. |
