Just a suggestion. Rei's quirk is to manipulate liquid. Why can't she draw out liquid from water vapour in her surroundings then? I do hope you'd consider this.

What splendidly written story! I'm really enjoying the course of it so far! The interactions between Rei and the rest of the characters are really interesting and dynamic, especially the slowly opening relationship she seems to have going with Todoroki. I especially hope to see more of the friendship between Rei and Momo and Uraraka and Rei and Midoriya. Rei's characterization is quite unique, her Quirk is normal in general means but her usage and quick thinking seems to make up for it and I can see why she was recommended in the first place. Though what makes me wonder though is how Todoroki and Momo and Rei have yet to meet, considering that I think the recommended students had a test of their own? Don't count on me on it though, I have a very vague memory of the Manga as of late and I haven't started on the anime yet. Anyways, your writing is amazing and keep up the good work!
