It would be cool if Caster/EMIYA found a chance to sneak away from his SLEEPING little Master to have a secret chat with Kiritsugu. Will something like that happen in this story?
I feel like it would be a waste if the two don't exchange words at least once.
Like right now for example.
As long as EMIYA tells Kiritsugu two important facts:
~ The only way for his daughter to live is if the Einzburn family is wiped out before the Grail War ends
~ The Grail I badly cursed and will bring an end to the world if activated or wished upon

For most part chapter was really good.

Like other have said Lancer suddenly becoming stronger makes no sense because he have no ability like that. Still it is minor concern and concept(end it fast risking pyrrhic victory) is perfectly reasonable. Probably changing way of fighting onto one that forgo self preservation in favor of full offense would work better or maybe Broken Phantasm (all servants can use them but they don't want to lose NP).

Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya show us how use of Excalibur with one hand look (it miss because of "kick") but your explanation also work especially with chest wound.

Kiritsugu coming with a hostage to save saber is definitely something he would do. She may be expendable but replacing he would be quite a hassle. Dirtying your hands don't guarantee victory but it is huge advantage (just saying). Any way negotiations were handled very well and I think are in character. Asking for dispelling curs is unnecessary because Lancer death would have this effect anyway but it can simply be play it safe.

Unfortunately my admiration falls apart when he detonated bomb. Killing Keyneth is okay as idea because of Emiya strategy of targeting masters makes him potential threat but way it was done was terrible.
First of all bomb was overkill and could hurt Kiritsugu with bone shrapnel.
There is also fact that he could wait moment for Lancer to fade completely in case of servant being able to pull something off with his dying breath. There was no reason not to wait few moments.
There is also fact that your explanation of loophole is terrible and I can't see how that was supposed to work. Forum Explorer idea with slow acting poison is way better. That or simply letting Keyneth expire because of wounds.
Not helping him and making others unable to reach him don't brake contract rules. You could even use it to give Lancer his rant (not that I feel it was necessary) by first asking for his master to be treated while fading only for Kiritsugu to response that it was not part of the deal.

Kiritsugu is pragmatic and ruthless, not sadistic.
