I take a Chinese class but I have only completed a year of it. I don't have the tones capable on my computer, but in chapter four it says "xie xie nin de bang zhu" and I can't translate anything but the thank you. Can someone help?

Me gusta mucho que Harry se esté levantando por sí mismo. Al fin se ha dado cuenta de que no tiene a casi nadie. La gente se procupa por sí misma.

Too bad, I could liked to see Dumbledore trying to 'convince' Harry to not leave, or the Minister and his pink toad trying something against him or his friends... Maybe even Hermione trying to study in the future and leaving Hogwarts.

All in all it was a good story

I thoroughly enjoyed this story.

Is it my imagination or have I read a sequel to this? Or perhaps an unfinished version that was removed?

I like this Harry that stands up for himself. I like that he understands Ron is a weak link. I like that he is making plans to get away from those who are manipulating him. Great start to the story.

I hate to swear, but damnit! This is finished which I'm thankful for, but I think it deserves to have a sequel, even if it's just a small one... I mean, Voldemort is caught, true, but Dumbledore still seems to be wanting to control Harry, which might make for a funny story if did correctly. Well, that and the fact that I think we need to see how he gets along once he's emancipated, and obviously I would love an in depth look at what Dumbledore does or says when he hears about it. Seriously, at the very least we should get a chapter or two detailing Harry's summer, as well as Dumbledore's reaction to everything going on... I really have to wonder if I'm the only one who thinks that a Dumbledore reaction and possibly more, would be the pièce de résistance, or the cherry on top, so to speak, of the story, or perhaps a good start to a sequel?

Overall this was a very interesting piece and I truly enjoyed it. Unfortunately it also feels unfinished. I really wish there had been a proper epilogue so we know what happened. Was Harry happy at his new school? Did Sirius get the pardon and apology he deserved from the Ministry? What happened with Voldemort, Pettigrew, and Crouch Jr and did Dumbledore interfere with their prosecution? How did things go with Harry's escape and the emancipation? Did Dumbledore continue to be obsessed with him and try to capture him? What about the rest of Morty's Horcruxes? So many unanswered questions. Hopefully someday you will tack on an epilogue so we know what happened or write a sequel. I would definitely enjoy seeing how Harry fared after everything.

So far I am enjoying this story. I know other reviews have said Harry gained his backbone too quickly but I really don't see that. He spent the whole night after the Goblet of Fire incident thinking about things and came to a clear conclusion. His actions afterwards changed to match said conclusion and have grown in prominence as time has passed. Honestly he seems to have just stopped censoring himself and finally started listening to his Slytherin side. The side that most likely kept him alive with the Dursley's.

Anyway the purpose of this particular review is to leave a minor complaint over an issue within the story. There are no clear scene breaks which leads to a good bit of confusion. Some form of symbol or something really needs to be used for that and it's truly an easily fixed situation. It unfortunately takes a moment after each jump in time to figure out what is going on and that takes away from the enjoyment of the story.

At any rate, I do enjoy the story and look forward to seeing where it goes. I also really hope you are still poking around fanfiction land and will eventually fix this issue.
