HOW IS THIS THE CLIFFHANGER?! WHAT? WHATTTTT? I just binged this in like an hour and this is the most detailed and most exciting fic I've read! Villain aus are always good, but now it's bordering the line between is he being forced into this role or does he like it? This is just such a good story! Ahhh

Have erasure head point out that legally without a true confession of some non circumstantial evidence that the only thing that the police can do is arrest Izaku as a person of interest. That should make for some fun drama in class 3A.

I love how much the hero's messed up by arresting izuku. I mean in the eyes of the law he technically hasn't done anything wrong that they can legally use. By having his friend use his brain washing quirk when he didn't have a license to use his quirk means that anything in the confession that Izuku said can't be used in a court of law without external evidence. With this in mind the actual act of analyzing quirks and telling people about what you find can't be illegal as almost every kid would probably do this at some point or another. That means that the only thing that he could be somewhat charged with is visiting with villains witch can't be illegal as the term villain is more a propaganda term then a legal one.
The reason the hero's are screwed is because Izaku is smart and if he can talk to a shaft descent legal adviser he can rip apart the hero industry. The thing most forget is that hero's are not part of the government. They are for all intents and purposes celebrity mercenary. Meaning that all those lovely actions that they took to trick or capture Izaku simply because he helped some other people understand someone else's power will blow up in their face.
If this is anything like real life a lot of people will use this to attack hero's as a whole.

Wonder how Shigaraki will react and the fall out will affect Giran. After all his insistence on Izuku being present during meetings between himself and other villains played a huge role in Izuku's capture.
