So is the pairing naruto x sakura or kurotchi?

I assume, though I could have missed it, that this is an altered timeline even before when the story started? Since Naruto could use the Rasenshuriken and throw it without damaging his arm during the Pain fight. So at this point he would have been able to as well, unless - again, this is altered from before the story started?
