The whole plot was gold, also the perspective change what with Merlin, Gwen and Arthur, and the Morgana subplot and everyone realising she has magic. Uther was such a dick, authentic lol, and I love your Merlin and Arthur characterisation omg :) the ending KILLED me i'm crying this is one of these sentences that just stick with you

Idk if I’ve reviewed this story before, but I was just reading it again over on AO3 and wanted to leave a review there but it kept giving an error message, so I’m just gonna review here :D So in case this exact same review shows up twice on AO3, that’s why :P

Awww, this was so perfect! Like an episode right out of the series but better cause Arthur actually accepted Merlin (without dying), and the fluffy at the end was so sweet. I loved how Arthur finds out Merlin has magic and then just decides there is no way he will let Merlin die

Just reread for about the second time and it’s as enjoyable and well-written as ever. The progression is very well done and the reactions of the characters seem quite realistic—I really like how you did it and I bet this’ll be in my “reread” pile for a while yet. Thanks for sharing!
