And with this chapter, this story has dropped several points. They picked the place to expose Peter so they wouldn't have to worry about dementors and they conveniently abandoned the plan because they couldn't wait a few minutes for the Minister to come back. And unless you reveal a reason why Dumbledore couldn't immediately cast a patronus, the scene really starts falling apart and feeling forced. Also, it makes no sense that Moody was not the one asked to cast the stunner and/or secure Peter as that is his JOB! At least Peter is dead, so they say. Guess we'll see how the next chapter goes.

Well kissed isn't dead. Wizards have no way to reverse the kiss, but Lash isn't exactly vanilla. If anyone could figure out how to get a soul out of a dementor and put it back in a person it would be her.

Is Sirius really dead? The Order knows his innocence, and although Sirius may not be able to cast the Patronus charm, I know that in every universe, Dumbledore should be damn well able to.

I really hope Tonks survives, but fudge gets kissed. Also, we don't exactly have confirmation on the kissing, as it was just a glance out a door. I really hope Harry can at the very least get Sirius proven innocent. This would be easier if fudge was kissed. Want to bet snape will want to punish Harry for stealing Peter?

Since Harry is good at emotional based magic, could he make a foci good at controlling Fiendfyre? I could see him making a foci for fire, but the different types of magical flame.

So moody eye not only detects magical items, but at least allows him to guess their function. I can see the ankle bracelet getting more charms to enhance its visual abilities. So if moody is gonna be a teach, that means they have dealt with the curse. I can see Harry mimicking the magic moody uses, it is not paranoid if they are out to get you.

Since Lupin is a werewolf and Sirius any be gone, I am hoping that the Tonks or say moody get to be his summer guardians.

One sec they aren't there, the second they are.
You wanted both Sirius and Peter dead, but the scene is poorly written.
No way Fudge is traveling with enough amount of Dementors that Dumbledore can't repeal.
