I would like to pick Kurotsuchi, I think she's a great pick because of the history the village has with minato, it could provide a great dynamic between the two. I also want Konan, TenTen, Karin, Samui, Yugao, and lastly Rin could be a fun addition if you somehow explain how she is alive, she can be like a pillar connecting naruto to minato or something.
