From pure story telling perspective, Taylor join Wards would make for more interesting story.

Since Danny start extremely overpowered in this story (Even Alex Mercer from Shards of Impossibility isn't as OP as Danny here, and that story is pure power fantasy where Alex barely lose any fight under any condition), and him murdering Clements family shows he's a complete psychopath without any strong moral guiding principle when someone wrongs him and his family, having Taylor join Wards, at least for a time would put a stronger restrict on Danny and not make the story too boring.

Not join Wards cuz her powers would influence her. I’m thinking Danny teaches her to be an independent. As for her powers you already basically said she will be dragonish but can she inherit something from her mom? Like a master power ontop of being a dragon that is themed on the four horsemen. I.e death, pestilence/ famine, war, Conquest.

Hmmmmm... I think her joining the wards would be best, as no one would be willing to manipulate her because of her dad, and if she didnt then it would be kinda boring, since her dad could kill everyone anyway and there wouldnt be anyone who could attack her without pissing him off.

Personally, I think that decision should be put off until after Danny does his first attack on a major gang, and Taylor is pulled aside by Miss Militia or Armsmaster to make their pitch, followed by Taylor demanding/asking/begging (depending on how you portray Danny) her father explain himself. The following drama as Taylor's morals and ideals come into conflict with her familial love and loyalty would be delicious!
