Those two are sometimes bumbling adorable. ;) I'm not thrilled with the half-truths Helen is giving Peter, and how he's trying to repress all of his traumatic memories and dreams and, you know, half-ass being normal when NOTHING IS OKAY! | LunaBianca chapter 1 . 9/29/2020 I'm impressed with how each character reads true, with a distinctive slant to thoughts and language. When I first started reading Paint It Black, I was skeptical that the rotating POV would hold up, but it does! Yay you! Also, I heart the ending lines of this chapter. :) |
