I would think Remnant would accept brothels due to morale being synonymous with survival in their world.

I'm hoping Jaune lands all those ladies. They're great people even without their looks. Besides, Jaune is the show's buttmonkey yet never gives up. He, like Naruto and many other shounen leads, deserves a lot of karmic repayment for that.

A part of me wants this to turn mildly tragic where even with all his hard work and learning, Jaune still gets rejected because no one cares enough to take the time and help and train him. He can study books and work out all he wants, but he still needs to actually learn how to fight and use Aura for which he needs another person. As has been established, Beacon has standards, and I figure they would rather have a group of students who have had experienced Huntsmen teach and guide them in everything they need to know rather than one guy who taught himself the material without any chance to really put it into practice.

So i reread this and i'm glad i did. i noticed that in the Phyrra chapter you revealed that there were multiple attempts at unlocking Jaune's Aura in the past. I don't know how i missed that the first time.

Here is a suggestion...bring in Lisa Lavender! gossip reaches about a great place taht serves faunus and humans, she investigates, and gives it great praise! This would open an avenue for the Arc family to learn what Jaune has been up to. To expand on that, you can have Gramps show up the same day as other major characters like NPR, RWBY, CFVY, and Lisa herself. they detect the akward meeting, back out a bit, but listen in on the two Arc's talking.

Heck, where is Grampa? i figured he would have shown up at Beacon by now. i can imagine him tearing Ozpin a new one for turning down his favor. Especially when Cardin tries to get payback. not to mention that Oreo guy. heck, i see Gramps as the kind of guy to view Phyrra's tournaments as more spectacle and gambling entertainment than actual combat, so he would not watch it and in turn the rest of the family saw no need to watch it.
