Cute. Nice short story. I think the year apart was a great idea and a credit to Snape.
Lucius adopting Hermione? Brilliant.

Lovely story and easy to read. I expected more smut with the M rating, and it did feel like some things happened quite quickly. Nice fic though!

| Ms. Anthrop chapter 23 . 3/10
Ohhh, what sweet epilogue! I do like their life together- it's what they both deserve!
You've written a really lovely story that played well with the useable bits of canon while neatly disregarding the foolish bits- brava! As I said earlier, I really, really appreciate that you've chosen to write a story where everyone comes together to defeat Moldypants rather than everyone splintering into lone-ranger death missions. For all that Dumbledore spoke of love, he showed very little of it, and indeed, only a surface understanding of how important it is. Your treatment of Snape- as well as the Malfoys, and Hermione- was far kinder than in the books; it was nice to not have them grimly march alone to their fates. I also really like that this wasn't super-hero Snape and Granger against the world- you kept their wider bonds of friendship, and they proved just as important as the romantic ones.
Well done, and looking forward to reading more from you!
