great job. You could have shortened the amount of chapters by combining a few, but all in all, I loved it! Loki is my favorite and the woman he fell in love with wasn't a war machine or Mary sue!

I found the follow-up story first, but it didn't seem right to read the sequel before the original. Therefore I have spent the last 3 days binge-reading THIS one.

I do love a well-crafted story, and this one is very well done! Congrats on finishing (I wish I could finish mine...blush) a well-done tale!

I kind of wish that Maisy had her two friends from the competition stand up with her (as well as Linn). It would have made a lovely statement about making friends out of enemies and all that. But it's your story and you do you!. Thanks for giving an excellent example of Domestic Violence as well.

Eventually I'll get to the sequel. Today is housework day!
Also, I'm REALLY glad you didn't throw in a bunch of awkward sex scenes.
