while I find the idea of Marcone being a NCO rather...unlikely, I find the idea of Hendricks being any kind of officer outright unbelievable.

also, Harry liking Kinsey? Harry's generally a good judge of character, when he isn't thinking with his dick.

I find it a bit difficult to believe that no one will ever connect Harry Dresden, the wizard that Jack wants to recruit, with Warden Dre'su'den the Ha'ri, the new name of a Goa'uld system lord and god of *magic*. It's Clark Kent's glasses all over again. Harry is going to have enough trouble keeping the Dark Hallows incident on track with all the butterflies he's kicked up, handling his "secret identity" on top of that is going to take some serious help. (I wonder who his "guardian angel" is going to be? ;) )

Why do i have the feeling that every single one of these stories stops just before something big is about to happen?

I have to wonder, what would happen if Harry did get back to O'Neill? What would the vetting process be like? What if Harry managed pass the vetting?
