There's an error in the name of one of the writs Dumbledore called for. I think you meant a writ of *capias,* not "capitas." There's no such thing as a "writ of capitas." For those who don't know, a writ of capias is essentially an arrest warrant, and an "exigent writ" is a summons to answer to the law, on pain of being declared an outlaw, hence the comment that Dumbledore is attempting to declare the Death Eaters to be outlaws.-

Loved the fight scenes and Awesome!Harry and Dumbledore and Hermione!

This is a fantastic story, even with the given that Harry is WAAAAAY OVERPOWERED.
The interpersonal relationships are at an all-time fantastic level, with Hermione closest as should be (IMHO).
All in all, a fantastic story.

And Justice has been Done.
And more importantly, SEEN TO HAVE BEEN DONE.

I am re-reading this but I had forgotten how pissed off I was the first time I read this until I got to this part again. It STILL pisses me off. I know, I know - some people love Snape and can't stand Sirius and others love Sirius and can't stand Snape. I am one of the latter and suspect you may be one of the former. That's fine. I have just recently read a story where Snape is redeemed and truly DOES become a good man but that's because he was willing to face up to how truly awful he had been.

At worst, Sirius was immature but never would he have behaved as badly towards a child of Snape's and children that ended up in Slytherin as Snape behaved towards Harry and towards children in Gryffindor.

Then, on top of it, you throw out what REALLY happened and added crap to make Sirius look worse.

I have been trying to remember why I stuck this on my Favorites list and I am pretty sure it is because of the scene with the dragons in Canada. I still remember much of that and did really enjoy that but this time I am going to remove this story from my favorites list because, quite frankly, I HATE this bit with Sirius. It sucks, plain and simple and it is totally unnecessary to the dragon scene. Glad I never bothered with your other story.
