![]() ![]() You are an amazing writer. I have read every story you have written and posted on . I particularly love your Theo Nott. I will continue to check back here for more stories. The worlds you create have so much depth and I get caught up by how intricate your writing is. Thanks for always finishing strong and writing outside the typical tropes, I love being surprised by how a story progresses and ends. |

![]() ![]() ![]() the manic undertone in this whole story is just the kind of balm i needed today, thank you. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I've been trying to put my feelings into words since Ch. 6 dropped but there were so many of them & I'm usually wildly un-concise* so I couldn't just confess anonymously into your ask box. This story is one of the most important and moving things I've ever read by anyone, hands down. You said something about writing Harry & Theo as being 'two people who work, gender aside' and honestly that means everything to me. As someone with a lot of confusingly intersecting identities re: gender etc. that is basically the only way for me to conceive of how love might work for me. I know it's sort of universally applicable that love two people who work, but the 'gender aside' bit is a much bigger deal for most people. So, it's already incredibly important to me that you write so many pairings that way and that you write about many different kinds of love throughout your works. But adding the additional complication of madness (something I also have to contend with) and the unwavering belief in magic the question of how much of magic is madness and vice versa... I was floored. You've said that this story was very personal for you, and although I know we're quite different and have different backgrounds, I just needed to let you know that this spoke to some very essential parts of me that don't often get to see the light. Those things are usually shoved so far into the background of most narratives if they ever appear at all, or they're horribly caricatured. I didn't know how badly I needed this story until it was there in front of me. So, thank you, wholeheartedly. *hi, I was the kintsugi anon on tumblr re: MR. thank you for your kindness I usually cannot shut up and I live for your high word counts (any chance of turning this into a full length story or maybe a trilogy? the ending was beautiful but I would read the hell out of that) |
![]() ![]() ![]() OLIVIE THANK YOU FOR THIS MASTERPIECE |
![]() ![]() This is wild. It hit me like a truck. I'm too disoriented to describe how perfect, how jarring, how jolting this was. But one thing I can confirm that it was, of course, is magic. |
