Why does Izuku not get into UA in every MHA Spider-Man fanfic? Its honestly super annoying and so cliché

I loved your Heroes Rising arc! It was fantastic and I loved the incorporation of the symbiotes! I will say the only problem is the timing since the movie takes place after the My Villain arc, but I can understand the confusion since they released it between Seasons 4 and 5 plus they made Shigaraki look like he did before that arc ended to not spoil anime-only fans.
However the movie has many hints at things from the end of the Villain arc plus during the villain arc in the manga they talked about they’re going to be working on an experiment and mentioned Nine by name meaning it hadn’t happened yet plus in one chapter they mention that the students will be undergoing the Hero Commission Project (the thing that is the reason they are on the island) soon before doing a time skip and it happens after the villain arc.
Sorry if this sounds like a rant, it’s not. I just like putting all the evidence for people to see at first so I don’t have to explain later. I saw a post that showed all this evidence which is when I also found out when the movie actually took place so I like telling others.

I avoided this for so long because you killed Ochako. But now I think I finally have the strength to try and read through. Here I go.

Obviously otherwise he wouldn't have to be nerfed. Like he couldn't go to all might and thus recovery girl to find out. He was literally bitten by a spider villain and did nothing it not even thinking that it might be a problem.
