I'm glad that the whole Nara clan elders share the same personality trait. And are so much better then the konoha council elders or other clan elders.

I always wonder what are deers or fawns for Nara clan? They're obviously not summoning animals but ik for a fact that they're somewhat sacred.
Also, I hope by the time naru's on this C-A rank mission to wave, we get to see the Nara clan meeting. I wanna see how Shika & shikaku will play this.

Ooh. I like this. I think this fic will show some political insights to this situation. I like internal affairs.

Damn I really wish you would come back and work more on this, you don't really find a lot of fanfictions that have as much of the Political drama feel or ones that actually use Shikamaru's intelligence in this way.

Naruto’s reaction to getting kicked out isn’t realistic. A more believable reaction to having the law blatantly exploited against one’s self in such an obviously malicious manor, especially by a physically inferior person, would definitely result in the offending person immediately drawing aggro.

I forgot how much I love this fic. Are you planning to post this to AO3? Just it's a nicer read when it's not covered in ads.
