This short story is interesting in the sense that it's coming from Kikyou and the fire that burns within. I love the descriptions of the coldness as well as the warmth of the fire. For a short story it holds a lot of weight. I liked it alot!

Agh short but sad. And to think even in "gushy romance" works that give happy endings to both Kikyo and Kagome, Kaede is still quite often forgotten... Well anyways good luck to you and your other stories!
