Hello, not sure if I'm miss remembering, but I'm unsure if Naruto actually knows about or even has rubber balls for Rasengan practice. Didn't Jiraia tell him he would tell Naruto the second step (rubber balls) if Naruto got the first one down before he returns from Wave?

Great story so far I've seen a few with naruto having more confidence and brains but I've never read one that gave naruto the shot on if all things great idea really excited to see how this goes

the whole library scene and the clothing scene where ripped straight from engulfing silence shifts in life story word for word. Even down to the clothing he wears.
