While Medea is the strongest mage if Semiramis and Avicebron worked together they might defeat her.
I think Spartacus with his noble phantasm would be able to defeat Mordred.
While Atalanta is a skilled archer she doesn’t have the combat skills of either Emiya or Chiron so you just need to get close enough to kill her.
Could go on and granted the blue faction certainly isn’t going to go down without a fight even if you did have the servants fight each other like this it’s just food for thought.

This is a really good story and I am enjoying it so far. I especially find blue and red Saber's interaction or lack of as interesting. The relationship is different from what I normally see in fanfiction. I hope you continue this story but 1 question. Where is Seig.

This is going great so far! Wonder if anyone is going to point out that Jeanne, Artoria, and Mordred all look like they could be triplets? Here's hoping that future chapters will see the rift mending between Mordred and Artoria, as well as Atalanta and Medea. One last hope I have is that everyone's favorite trap Astolfo makes it to the end like in canon. Keep up the awesome work!
