I forgot to mention this in chapter 1, but giving him a fully metal skeleton this early wouldn't work. He's still growing but his bones won't be able to grow coated in metal causing him constant pain and ultimately would hurt more than help.

Just a thought but if Izuku does have Wolverine's power could a transfusion from him heal All-might? It would work in the comics at least to a point where he wouldn't be coughing up blood anymore.
