Reviews for The Avenging Spider |

![]() ![]() ![]() Wanda seems a bit more legit than Natasha. Maybe it’s an age thing. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Realistically if the saviours of the planet are having a meeting then it probably involves something vastly more important than purse snatching and petty thievery. And if Peter seriously prioritized such things he’d help fund the police or something instead of just running around by himself pummelling one small criminal at a time with his bare hands. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Twenty-one is the drinking age, eighteen is legal adulthood. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I am always astounded that many writers never think to have May employed by the Avengers, when Peter becomes a member. She’s a nurse with years of experience, she could easily fill the head nurse’s position. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I mean IMO none of them have a right to cast a stone at Peter. Also, why is Natasha pissed off at the SHIELD agent? Fact is, Wanda should not be an avenger, and literally helped/caused Ultron. She almost destroyed humanity. How does Steve have the right to suspend someone from the team? He didn't create or fund the Avengers. He doesn't own the compound. He makes none of the tech or pay their bills. |
![]() ![]() ![]() so this would be 2017 (since Age Of Ultron was set in 2015), while in the MCU canon, Peter got involved with the Avengers in 2016, during Civil War. |
![]() ![]() ![]() shame cant put pics i would like to see peter in Asgardian gear |
![]() ![]() ![]() Should've just cut out Endgame. Too bad you chose travel on the paved route... |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh my god! What the hell! Why do they all skip toI love you!? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Something in him invoked a sense of protectiveness in Sif. And something about these lines made me want to puke... |
![]() ![]() ![]() Yeah. All the relationship parts are very awkward and unrealistic. Main reason is that there hasn't been any development. They were all in love with him from the get go. We learn the reason for their feelings from their dialogues or internal monologues. Makes it very jarring. A major part of writing isshow, don't tell. Here, it seems like they fall in love with Peter just because. And also, it seems that their personalities switch to a single blandlove Peterpersonality in all the romantic scenes. There is no difference between all three. An non-monogamous relationship is difficult to write but if you do it without any developments or backstory like this then it turns out to be very awkward. |
![]() ![]() ![]() A nitpick but I really hate it when people sing in a story and the writer gives us all of the lyrics... |
![]() ![]() ![]() I mean I like the story but steve should not have been able to free himself from webbing that's strong enough to restrain the hulk. nor should peter have gotten hurt that bad considering he can tank missile hits with few problems |
![]() ![]() ![]() The Infinity Snap is the most frightening form of Genocide. It's instant, it's silent, and it is universe consuming. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh if you make Shuri a member of Peter's harem I am going to laugh due to him becoming T'challa's brother in law. |
