For awhile the fandom actually hypothesized that Ron would have a prophecy about him in the books, but I like your take on Trelawney and her odd gift. Also, the idea that Ron would think that Harry was his soulmate is kind of cute.

I can see Hermione burning herself out at her job, actually. Especially if she was a Healer. I like how you write her relationship with Malfoy (strained, but there's a hint that maybe there's...more?). For some reason, this story made me think of the show Bones...

I like your take on inferi quite a lot. The idea that they retain some of their human memories and thoughts is intriguing and I'd like to see more of that idea explored in fanfic. I could totally believe Hermione as a necromancer. I was almost surprised that she didn't end up raising dead animals or something to kill Death Eaters in the final battle (that would have been rather awesome).
